It is refreshing to call a place of business and get a live voice on the phone. Working with a staff of mainly teenagers, stealing is a common occurrence. It is critical that I monitor my place of business after hours or while I am away. The company where I originally purchased my surveillance cameras is no longer in business. After a computer crash, I was desperately searching for tech support. Most companies would either try to sell you another system, or chose not to waste their time. I was amazed the first time when I hired CSI to help me screen tenants for my properties. I gave them brief info on the perspective tenants, a day later I received a phone call with detailed info on them and was sent an E-mail, with what I'd half to call extensive back ground check. More than I thought. I was expecting a generic credit report. Surprise, not with this company. Originally the clients wanted to lease purchase the home, they were waiting on their home in Fla. to sell... Wow what a lie CSI found that it had already been foreclosed. They also were able to give me so much information on them that I knew they had been previously married to each other divorced, remarried month prior, and mounds of debt. I want to say thank you for saving me from a future night mare. I will be using C.S.I. Investigative Services on all my rentals from now on.

Exceeded my expectations! James is a super friendly guy and he found my person in about 45 minutes, as well as their neighbors and other family members!
